Grocery King Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Grocery King.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
The following terms are applicable for any products purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Grocery King.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Grocery King, accessible from https://groceryking.com.au.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order before shipping, without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an order is before shipping, starting from the date you receive the goods or when a third party you’ve appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product. You will be notified of order updates via email or phone.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement. You can notify us via:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
For your goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
- The goods are in their original packaging.
- The cost of the return will not be borne by Grocery King. You may send us the goods at your own cost, or return them to our store within 7 days of purchase.
The following goods cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items made to your specifications.
- Refrigerated and frozen items.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.
- Goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
Once you request a return, we will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refund
The issuance of a refund depends on the situation and the specific products being returned. Some items may not be eligible for a refund. Please review our return policy carefully. If a refund is required, we will process it within 7 days. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or credit card statement. Refunds will be issued to the same card used for the purchase or as an E-Gift card.
